Jeremy Pincus
Principal and Quantitative Team Leader
Dr. Pincus holds a doctoral degree in Social Psychology from
the University of Connecticut. He has held senior management positions in marketing research in the financial services industry, including 6 years as Director of Research and Product Development at John Hancock, and has consulted to several marketing research firms. Dr. Pincus' experience covers a broad spectrum of research in strategic support of consumer and business to business marketing, with concentrations in brand equity, market segmentation, consumer motivation and emotion, and new product development. He was elected a Fellow of the Employee Benefit Research Institute (Washington, D.C.) in 1997. Dr. Pincus is a founder and co-chairman of the LTC industry's Baby Boomer Task Force, dedicated to promoting financial and health preparedness, and is a member of the Washington-based think tank, the Long-Term Care Financing Strategy Group.
Amit Ghosh
Principal and Quantitative Team Leader
Mr. Ghosh holds an MS from the University of Massachusetts with a concentration in marketing management and research methods. He has over sixteen years of marketing research experience, serving in a variety of positions including data analyst, research manager and project manager. Mr. Ghosh has also trained extensively in statistical and tabulation methods and technology with SPSS, Sawtooth Software, and The Burke Institute. He has been with the Forbes group for the past 14 years.
Jessica Azoulay
Managing Director
Ms. Azoulay holds a BS in Social Psychology from Union College, with a concentration in organizational behavior. She has over 12 years of marketing research experience, serving a variety of research positions at major market research consulting firms and financial service organizations. Prior to joining The Forbes Consulting Group in 1999, Ms. Azoulay was a senior research analyst at Manulife Financial, where she managed both primary and secondary market research efforts, as well as competitive intelligence functions for the life insurance division. Ms. Azoulay's experience spans multiple industries and research techniques, with concentrations in customer relationship management, brand equity and extendibility, segmentation, and new product development.
