Over the past eight years she has provided clients with the highest level of analytical analysis and customer service, focusing on all areas of quantitative design.

John Burns

Dr. Burns develops and manages Forbes' relationships with leading brands in the financial services, pharmaceutical and packaged goods industries. He has expertise in qualitative and quantitative research techniques, enabling him to provide clients with the highest level of service throughout the research process. He has 10 years experience helping companies use research to solve important business problems in the US and internationally. Dr. Burns holds a Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut.

Mike Berinato

Mr. Berinato specializes in using research to help companies address critical business issues He has experience designing and managing both qualitative and quantitative research, which enables him to provide his clients with the highest level of strategic insight and guidance throughout the research process. Mike holds a Masters Degree in Political Science with a concentration in Public Opinion Research from the University of Connecticut.
